Solar PV Development
Prior to entering into a market, EEW conducts detailed country analysis, which involves power price projections as well as assessment of political and regulatory risks, access to land, grid and solar irradiation. If the analysis turns out positive, EEW progresses with land contracting and application for electrical grid connection. Next steps involve detailed technical design, planning consent and securing of grid the connection.
As the projects approach construction ready status, EEW negotiates EPC contracts, arranges for senior debt and structures the equity investment. The final stage is construction and connection of the power plant to the grid which will commence the IPP operations.
